The most serene and peaceful way to enjoy the river and surrounding coast, paddle boarding is the fastest growing watersport and it’s easy to see why. Simply hire or use your own equipment and set off, switch off and breathe it all in. Alternatively there are some great instructor led sessions available too!

Jump into this all-in-one experience and the foreshore becomes your eco-adventure playground. Discover wildlife and the coastline closer than most. Cliff jumping, rock-hopping and cave exploring make this an unforgettable and addictive activity.
